1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SolvaraCare website (solvaracare.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
SolvaraCare provides healthcare SEO services to small practices, including but not limited to: technical SEO audits, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, content creation, AI search visibility optimization, and performance reporting. Specific deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Results
SEO is a long-term investment and results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and your practice's starting point. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or patient acquisition results. Results vary by practice and market. We do guarantee honest tracking and transparent reporting.
4. HIPAA and PHI
Our marketing systems are designed to avoid handling Protected Health Information (PHI). You agree not to submit PHI through our website forms, email, or any other communication channel. If PHI is inadvertently transmitted to us, we will delete it immediately upon discovery. Where Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are required for specific tools used in your engagement, we will execute them.
5. Billing
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Pricing is defined in your service agreement and may be updated with 30 days written notice.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will complete any work in progress and provide a final report. Prepaid fees for unrendered services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, and deliverables created by SolvaraCare for your practice become your property upon full payment. SolvaraCare retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data and methodologies developed during your engagement for research and improvement purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
SolvaraCare's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or patients.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
