Tom Couture started out as a personal aide for survivors of traumatic brain injury. That work is close, personal, and often slow - and he saw how much of it got interrupted by paperwork. Time that belonged to the person in the room went to notes, forms, and records instead.
Years later, after moving into safety management, he kept hearing the same thing from friends and colleagues still in care work. Burnout. Paperwork that never lets up. And practices struggling to be found by the clients who needed them.
SolvaraCare came out of those conversations. The idea is simple: help small healthcare practices get found on Google and AI search so more of the right people get care. No enterprise jargon. No fake stats. Just honest SEO work that fills the schedule.
